Change data package

Hello I am writing here due to the corona message in the app saying don't call unless urgent, so hopefully this is the right place.

 

I was out of contract and didn't realise so quickly signed a new contract this was about 8 days ago so still within my 14 day grace period, all I would like to do is without the hassle of cancelling change my package from 4gb to 20gb package.

Hello I decided to upgrade to 5g with wifi calling from EE using the PAC code, but I received a text saying I will be charged £59.21 its my understanding changing your mind within 14 days does not occur a charge?

I'd recommend calling our mobile support team on 0800 079 1133 as they'll be able to cancel the new contract if you're within the 14 day cooling off period so you can go to another provider or stay with us on a new deal we may offer.
