Change DD details (include account holder)

Hello,

Currently I pay for my daughters SIM contract with you .

All the details are in my name (including my bank account) . Can the account be altered so the payment now comes from her bank account ? I don't really wish to leave PN.

I have a similar problem ... want to move my direct debit for mobile to another account.

easily done for broadband.

3 years ago, it wasn't possible for mobile payments. Surely it should have caught up by now, and easily be achievable online?

Oh, sorry, we are talking PN here, so it probably still isn't possible

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch @jstallan

 

You can amend the direct debit details but you'll need to do this over the phone with our Mobile Support Team. However it's worth noting we won't be able to amend the actual account holder

Alice,

 

I don't mind (neither does my daughter mind) me remaining as the PlusNet account holder, but the bank account details we want to use are in my daughters name (same surname).

Is this achievable or will I need to leave PN ?

Hi @jstallan,

 

Thank you for getting back in touch. I can confirm that you will be able to set up the direct debit instruction with your daughter's name and bank details. However, you will stay as the named account holder for the Plusnet account.
