Cash back not received.

I also signed up for a mobile deal via Martin Lewis Site with the promise of a £25 Pre-paid Mastercard on the 21st Novemeber and was expecting an e-mail to claim my Mastercard after 10 days. This has not come and have checked all Spam folders.

Can you please confirm the process for getting this as your telephone customer service team have been unable to help and gave me misinformation. They simply gave me the phone number for the sub contracted Card provider Blackhawk and said I would receive it automatically in 45 days. I spoke to Blackhawk who said that this is not the case and that I would need to claim it via the e-mail

I would appreciate your help with this

Hi @Canary95 I'm sorry to see you're having issues claiming your cashback. For mobile you receive an email to redeem this within 5 weeks from when your services activate with us. 

As it appears to have been longer than then can you PM me the following information so I can look into this please?

• Your mobile number
• Your full name
• Your full address
• Are you the account holder?
