Card Payment Unsuccessful

Hello,

My direct debit failed at the weekend even though there was enough money to cover it. I'm trying to make a card payment for the amount but every time I hit pay now it says card payment cancelled.

Why?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you've experienced in terms of your payment. I've had a look into this and have been able to determine why it's not allowing you to make the payment at the moment. Thanks for getting back to us, @Theo1612.

 

So that I can locate and access the account, can you please PM me:

 

- The mobile number in question

- Your name and confirmation that you're the account holder

- The full address including postcode

 

Once I've confirmed the above I'll need to ask a couple of questions more and then should be able to help.
