Cant send or receive pictures on mms

I have a couple of Samsung Galaxy A3 mobiles running Android 7 and MMS does not work on either. I have tried looking for settings but I seem to have options not listed and I dont know what to set. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums @Big-A 

I'm not a PN mobile user myself, but as you probably know SMS will be in your allowance but using MMS are not - these are at an additional cost.

(ps. free Apps send them for free - if you're on a free WiFi network or if not it would 'eat' in to some of your data allowance, though still probably cheaper)

Thank you for getting in touch.

To set up your Android mobile for MMS you need to enter the below APN settings as they don't appear to have configured automatically.

Name: EE Internet
APN: everywhere
Username: eesecure
Password: secure
MMSC: http://mms/
MMS Proxy: 149.254.201.135
MMS Port: 8080
Authentication type: PAP
APN type: If there's a choice, choose internet+mms. If the keyboard appears, type *

Hi, I have extra options not listed in the fix but I just duplicated the settings and left bits blank and it seems to work ok.

Who'd have thought an automatic process didn't automatically configure eh!!
