Cannot receive or make calls, and no internet.

Today my mobile has given up shortly after 4pm. I cannot make or recieve calls all of a sudden despite showing as having plusnet as my network and 2-3 bars. Moving around the house doesn't change a thing.

I need someone to urgently look into this on the plusnet side, I was 37 on the online chat queue, but now am 38 however that works!!

I should add this is a new account, Vodafone never had these issues in the same house and I already called up to complain and got a second SIM sent out which does not work at all.

Honestly the service has been rubbish so far it really has.
