Cannot receive calls or texts from vodafone numbers

I cannot receieve calls or texts from my friends and relatives who use Vodafone. I can contact them but they cannot contact me. Please help as my elderly mother cannot get in touch with me and is not well and I am an emergency contact for my friend but she cannot contact me and she has a heart condition. Please help this is urgent.

@Orchidpicker Has this always been the case, or is it a recent occurrence? It sounds to me like a Vodafone problem.

Hiya @Orchidpicker, thanks for getting in touch. I'm really sorry for the issues with your service and absolutely understand the concern when there's people that are unable to reach you. 

As @jab1 has mentioned, can you advise when the issue started and if this has always been the case? What error do they see when trying to call/ text you?
