Cannot make or receive calls from my mobile

from 10am today, i could not make or receive calls from my mobile. I cannot contact the plusnet customer service as well. Can someone from plus net customer service check this ASAP. since i am working from home, i need to make & receive calls.

Same here with 2 phones, 1 for myself and 1 for the wife. 

We are in 2 different locations and we cannot call each other or anyone else as well as being unable to receive any calls whatsoever.

Text and Data works fine.

My EE work phone is working fine, my personal plusnet phone is not working at all. Its not an EE problem in my area...

More hamsters to the wheels plus net!!!

DownDetector is generally more popular, and the highest number of reports they have had for EE today is 232 at around 8:30am so it seems there was a problem at EE this morning. BUT, Plusnet stands at 753 as I type this post and most of these reports have come through in the last hour. You also have to remember that Plusnet have way fewer customers than EE. So the problem we are having now is only affecting Plusnet customers.

This is happening too often and is always the same fault affecting calls but never texts or data. If it is the same recurring problem, why does it keep happening and what are Plusnet doing to stop it happening?

Once again our mobile phones aren’t working. We are trying to phone the doctors. This is pretty bad.

Me too, two mobiles in our household not working for calls.

What is going on?

Why no announcement in the app or on the web site?

Do these guys even know what is going on?

Why did I have to come here to find out I was not the only one with no service?

We all know stuff goes wrong, but this is not being handled well (or based on the evidence I can see, at all)

Likewise; everything stopped at 10:02. 2 accounts both not working.

Still a fault on our landline (Plusnet) as well.

Our landline is with JohnLewis, which is "rebadged" Plusnet mobile, and that's working for us...

So, no consistency

Think I need to move one of our mobiles to a different network... we can't be in the position of not having a working mobile between us

Here in Bristol mobile voice calls working again.  Hope things stay that way.
