I have several sim only mobile accounts and am very happy so far with all of them..except for one. This is because I upgraded to a better deal in that account a couple of years ago and since then the account is in a permanent state of
"You have a tariff change in progress"
Consequently, I cannot take further advantage of the great deals on offer. I was hoping that one of the resident forum helpers could take a look into freeing this account up please or passing me onto someone else who can?

After Adams intervention, I 've now recieved the email from plusnet detailing my change of tariff at the next refreshment date. Thanks Adam!!
