Hoping for some help with this, I have two Swann CCTV NVR and a Xiaomi IP camera. I have no problem accessing these via broadband connections and also whilst I was with Virgin mobile & Vodaphone mobile access was possible. Now I'm on the Plusnet mobile network I have not been able to access the Swann systems however I discovered I can access the Xiaomi when I use a VPN. Its important for me to be able to access these devices. Can anyone suggest what my be the problem, if I can get this resolved Ill have no choice but to switch provider. Thanks
