Cancelling my SIM only 30 day contract.

Hi,

I would like to cancel my SIM only contract. The sim card is no longer in a phone and I am getting emails "We're just letting you know that you've used at least 80% of your £10.00 Smart Cap". I don't owe anything and haven't used the sim for 2 weeks now. The web page doesn't help with cancelling.

Hi there,

To cancel a mobile account you'll either need to ring us or request a STAC/PAC to transfer to another provider.
