Cancelling a mobile account

Hello,

I have attempted to cancel my mothers mobile account (I have POA).

I thought this was going OK as I had a bill showing a small credit, however the account seems still to be live and I am concerned I will get another bill.

How can I get this account cancelled/deleted?

 

Tried calling 0800 079 1133 but number is always engaged.

One of my accounts took a bit to shut down and think I had 2 bills showing a credit before it closed.
It did eventually close without any interference from staff.
