Cancelled services, No confirmation.

Hi I cancelled my service on Nov 10 with an end date set for Dec 9th. I have had no confirmation of cancellation by email or text as yet. I have lost voice due to flu, so posting here rather than getting on the blower is preferred at the moment.

Is this normal to happen?
