Cancel and refund for a SIM that has gone missing in the post?

I put an order in nearly two weeks ago for a 1 month contract SIM, but I've not seen it yet. I've checked my account, and there doesn't appear to be any usage. I won't be at my home address for long enough to receive a replacement, so I'll do something else for the time being. Is there anyone around who can quickly sort out a cancellation and refund?

I'm sorry to see you've not received your SIM yet, I'd suspect it may be lost in the post. I'm happy to look into this for you and send a replacement however if you're wanting to cancel I'd recommend calling our mobile support team on 0800 079 1133 as I'm afraid we can't process cancellation requests via our community forums.

If you change your mind about cancelling although I appreciate that you've said you're not going to be home for long, feel free to send me a PM with your full name, full address, mobile number and confirm you're the account holder.

Darn. I expect it's just been put through someone else's letterbox around there. If it shows up I'll have to see if I can guide someone through doing a PAC out to a giffgaff sim or something.
