As the subject says. This is the second time since I joined Plusnet mobile on 30/10/18 that my text service has failed. Last time was late November and many others had the same problem then. Neither my wife or I can send texts. Is anyone else having the same issue?

PollyW - Does that mean you’ve been unable to send any texts for the whole time since my original posting a week ago? If so, I suspect you have a totally different problem to me and the others who posted on here. In that case, I would advise you to contact Plusnet customer support to get your issue resolved.
