Can't send sms abroad(not europe) but still can receive my bank messages!

Hi,if any one can help please...I AM ON HOLIDAYS OUTSIDE EUROPE and everytime I try send messages it says FAILED!

Sorry to hear this @Simomis where are you if you don't mind me asking? It might help as then we can see which mobile networks there are and the partnership we have with them.
