Can’t send bolt on text

My husband is in Spain and has used up his data. He went over his Smart Cap in the process. He can’t send texts, so can’t get a bolt on. I’ve increased the Smart Cap and paid off the excess charge on the account, but he still can’t send texts or call. What can we do?

Hi and thanks for answering. I called and sorted it out with a great person over the phone. The issue was the roaming (charges? capacity?), so they increased that and manually added the bolt on. Definitely couldn’t have resolved myself, but all sorted
