Can't send a text to get PAC

Thought I'd get my PAC by texting 65075, but it won't let me!
Is this common?

Thanks for that, it was just me being cautious as it came up with the same message I got when I used to try and enter competitions. Took a chance and it went through.

Am I right in thinking Plusnet no longer offer handsets, have searched high and low and can't find any mention.

I think the last time handsets were mentioned was back in 2018 in this thread https://community.plus.net/t5/Mobile/When-will-you-be-able-to-purchase-mobile-handsets-off-plusnet/t... . I'm pretty sure that its now a SIM only offer.
