I've been with Plusnet mobile for 2 weeks and still have no internet and unable to send text messages. When i had the sim i texted my PAC number and everything worked until my number was changed and then nothing. Rang up and got a new sim and the same happened. Put the sim into another handset and nothing works. Looked at all the APN settings and these are correct against the website. I have given examples and waited 5 days for the Ops team. i rang them on the six and the seventh and the eight day and it's still not fixed. It has been elevated to the ops manager who was to ring me, and you guessed it, he didn't!
He is going to ring me tomorrow but i shan't hold my breath!
PLUSNET WILL DO YOU PROUD, I think not!
Very polite staff who tried to help but the tech guys can't be reached, must be busy and under-resourced.
Pathetic service and i'm a patient man but this really is poor.

Just rung Plusnet because surprise surprise they did not ring me!!
Nothing has been done and now i have to send off another 3 examples as they have screwed up.
This will mean i will have been a month without getting the service for which they have credited £10.00 to my account.
I asked if i could just change the number but they wanted to charge me £25, cheeky sods!
Utterly ridiculous!

I can see, form the notes on the account that this has already been passed (multiple times) to the operations team to fix, including examples, so I'm not sure why they would be required again. I've emailed a contact to see if we can gather what's happened here, but we're just awaiting for a response. Once we have something we'll let you know.
