Can't read "Your latest bill..." emails in Outlook

I have MS Outlook (Office 365, version 1702 (Build 7870.2031)) and for some reason the billing emails from plusnet mobile cannot be displayed and I have to click on the option to view the email in a web browser.

Anyone else have this problem/know how to fix it?

have you got it set for plain text only

Hi @Oldjim, no, other HTML emails from Plusnet (broadband and mobile) are fine as are HTML emails from other people. It's just this particular email I have never been able to read directly in Outlook.
