Can't message EU phone numbers

Hello,
I have just started with my new sim card. I can message UK numbers just fine, but I can't message phone numbers in Denmark?
My contract includes free calls and messaging to phone numbers in block 1, which includes Denmark.
I have also tried to find the Plusnet App on the Google Play store, but when I eventually found it I was unable to download it because it said "This item is not available in your country." I live in the UK, so I'm not sure what's going on.

Unless you've got a different contract to everyone else, then I don't think so...

There are additional charges for:-
- calls and texts to other numbers in the UK and all numbers outside the UK when in the UK
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Depends on what your Smart Cap is set to and if you have reached it.

Thanks, that's probably what I missed. My Smart Cap was on £0, so I've changed it to £3 and made an advanced payment on it.
However, the advanced payment doesn't seem to have been added to my account (usage out of plan)? Do I have to wait some time before it's added to my account or?

Didn't think you needed to make any advance payment. Any out of plan usage up your Smart Cap will be included on the next bill.
Probably the Smart Cap change hasn't activated yet.
