Can’t make international calls

I’m unable to make international calls even though I’ve paid off the smart cap and have a confirmation text from plusnet to confirm the smart cap is reset. I’m in Mexico and have good service and Wi-Fi.

It just doesn’t connect and ends the call.

Hi there, I'm sorry you're still having problems making calls after resetting the smart cap. That can't be nice when being so far away from home. 

I've sent you a PM over asking for some details so please reply back to that when you can, it would be a good idea to drop another reply back onto this post too.

Hello! Was there any resolution here? I am exactly in the same situation. I am outside UK, exceeded my SMART cap, topped up the account with £100 but no change to service (i.e. still blocked!). PN folks can somebody help?
