Hi
i can’t log into my account. Every time I put my email or mobile number in it says not recognised. I try and rest password and username but all the fields it asks you to complete still say not recognised

+Your mobile number
+Your full name
+Your full address
+Are you the account holder?
+Your date of birth
+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
