Can't get best price tariff, only available for new customers

Can't get best price tariff, only available for new customers

Tried to change my tariff today and told that the 15gb for £10 (as a PN broadband customer) is only available to new customers, not mentioned on the link (that I can see) seems unfair and always though PN offer all customers the same deal, can you advise.

Check the 'here's the legal lbit' link at the bottom of the page. Some deals are new customers only although it appears that the one you want isn't
Available to new and existing customers signing up via www.plus.net/mobile/deals/9/9GB/unl/unl/Oct20 between 9th of October 2020 and 11th of November 2020
£10.00 a month for 15GB of data, Unlimited minutes and Unlimited texts for Plusnet Broadband customers SIM only plan on a rolling 30 day contract.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

So, I should be able to get the deal (which was my post) but can't, which was my point.
Admins: what's your view and the options on this ?

@Bluecat2 forum admins are just customers like you and me. I'd suggest calling again and quoting the T &C from the legal bit and see what reaction that gets...
Actually , I got the link slightly wrong above , it should be https://www.plus.net/mobile/deals/10/15GB/unl/unl/mr/Oct2020 but, again, it does not say new customers only whereas some of the links to other deals do
