Can't find Where To Set Up A New Account on-Line

Hi, I have not  received a welcome email following the activation of my SIM that contains my account username or any kind of  a link to set up a password.

 

Can anyone advise how I set up my new 'sim only' account on-line please?

Confirm you are the account holder: 

 

Alternatively, it can sometimes be quicker to speak to our Mobile team directly by dialling: 0800 079 1133

Sorry this doesn’t answer my question.

I am trying to set up my new PlusNet Mobile phone account online but the only options are to LOGIN, I cannot see any options to register a NEW account?

Sorry for the confusion. If we’ve sent you a SIM and activated it, you’d already have an account. To login for the first time, your welcome email normally gives you instructions on how to set up a password however as you’ve said you’ve not received this email, could you go through the forgot password tool Here to set a password, then sign in from Here using your mobile number and the password you’ve just set?

If this doesn’t work, could you send me a PM with the above details so I can investigate further.
