Can't connect to network after traveling abroad

I'm currently travelling abroad and can't connect to any mobile network. Roaming is set up and worked just fine a week ago when I entered Poland on the way to Egypt. Yesterday at the airport I disabled airplane mode and saw that my phone was trying to connect to the 4g service but was basically jumping back and forth between no connection and 4g.

Now, I had a smart cap set up at 10£ (now changed to 30) and under usage of data plan I see 33£ that I must have racked up on the very first day of my stay when my finger slipped I I reenabled data roaming. Could this be the reason why my phone isn't letting me connect? I tried to pay my bill in advance but it let me pay only my usual basic subscription of 8.49.

I've already did my basic troubleshooting inc. resetting data settings.

Hmm that's very strange. I would try ringing plusnet as I'm not really sure what to say about this.

Hey @cehaem,

I'm sorry to hear that you've run into this issue. Please could you remove the SIM card from the phone and try it in another device, to see if this makes any difference? Whilst doing this, please turn off the primary phone as well, as this might help to resolve the issue after reinserting it.
