Can't access mobile phone account???

You're using Chrome on Linux then? Do have access to a Windows PC at all?

@SpottedDick You've got me puzzled now, " I, like you, assumed that the spec meant the password should contain at least one capital, at least one number and at least one non-alphanumeric. So clearly the spec is ambiguous.", that isn't ambiguous, it's actually accurate.

Your original post said "The only way I could set a password successfully was to make it contain one (and only one) capital letter, one (and only one) number, one (and only one) non alphanumeric character" and the only way to read that is that it would not let you use more than 1 capital letter, 1 digit and 1 non-alphanumeric.

I can positively say that you can use more than the 1 digit (I haven't tried the other options) and others have posted on here that they've done similar to myself.

@RebekaPreston - I tried MS Edge yesterday as well as Chrome my default browser and get the same 'Ooops somethings gone wrong' message

I wonder if it's connected to the status page problem I have as I can't access that either.

Yes, I'm getting the "something wrong here" message also.

I've tried a different browser and cleared everything with CCleaner etc.

Surely this has to be a problem with the PN website.

I've just tried on my husbands PC and still getting the same 'Somethings wrong' message.

Hopefully my access is now sorted, a member of staff sent yet another password reset link and that appears to be working OK. I've managed to log in 5 times so far - hurrah!!!!
