Can receive but not send emails from Galaxy S7 mobile

Recently moved to plusnet and emails work in every respect on Surface pro tablet. However, when I've set it up on my Galaxy S7, I can receive emails, but not send or forward them. I found something online about ports, and having gone into advanced settings mine seem to be correct but something is clearly wrong. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi,

If you're trying to send email via a mobile network you will need to configure SMTP authentication in the outgoing server settings.

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
