Can only send SMS text to some numbers

Starting about an hour ago it seems I can only send SMS texts to certain numbers, texts sent to other number I get a "Failed to send" message...

About 5 mins ago can now SMS to all numbers again. A bit strange...

Thanks for letting us know, there was an intermittent outage that briefly impacted services for a small number of our customers.

This should now be resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am sorry to say that its not been fully fixed as i am still without texts and no data.

Poor show from PN today with ref to this.

I am sorry about this @Macc2018, I have replied to your earlier post but just to let you know the outage finished at 17:00 yesterday. Can you let us know if you are still experiencing issues? - Maddy
