replacement, new phone needs to be a micro sim.

That’s a bit different then, think you will need to call CS.
But I would have thought the existing SIM should pop out to be micro.

I have a nano, it needs to be the bigger micro version.

I heard you could do it on the forums as the phones are busy.

-Mobile number
-Full name and if you're the account holder
-Full address
-Last 2 digits of sort code and account number
-Date of birth
