Can i get my pac code here?

I called the customer service and was in hold for 15min before a decided to hang up I am customer 19559263 can i get my Pac code in private message.

Hi @jogwolf, 

If you drop us a message we can certainly look into this for you. 

While we don't usually go through the cancellation process via the Plusnet Community, we are willing to assess this on a case by case basis. 

Alternatively, you can request your PAC by giving us a call on 500 from your handset and choosing option two, dropping us a message via social media or by using our Live Chat service over on the Plusnet website.

Waiting times seem a bit excessive. I've been on hold twice for over 10 minutes and decided to hang up both times. 

It wouldn't be so bad if the music changed occasionally. I'm scarred for life - I'll never forget that dang jingle!

Another useful thing (if perhaps sometimes inaccurate) would be to be told a white lie about being 7th or 427th in the queue or something.

You can give our Sales/Cancellations Team a call on 500 free from your SIM and they'll certainly process this for you.
