Can I make mobile wi-fi calls over my PlusNet broadband at my home where there is no mobile signal?

Where I live, none of the wireless networks work very well indoors.  If I buy a SIM from Plusnet, will I be able to make mobile calls over myPlusnet broadband?  I do not have a landline or a broadband phone.

WiFi calling isn’t available on PN Mobile, but you could use another network such as 3, Voda etc.
