Calls go straight to voicemail

On an iPhone SE all calls have started going to Voicemail.

I have reset the network settings, rebooted the phone, and made sure "do not disturb' is activated.

My other PlusNet sim on another iPhone is fine.

I spent ages trying to sort this out, no thanks to Plusnet.

The answer is to switch off 4G.

The problem is switching off 4G is not a solution, it is merely a workaround.

PlusNet really need to investigate this issue and resolve it as many people experience this same issue. Whats the point in offering a 4G service if you have to disable 4G to receive calls?

I agree - this fixed my issue, but the solution is to cancel PlusNet and move to another company.

Yeah seems like i have to. Cancelled my broadband I had signed up for too, so now looking for a new provider for both.
