I have a Plusnet sim which I've used in a couple of different phones and just recently my calls have been dropping out or suddenly the caller can't hear me and I can't hear them. My husband is also on a network which uses EE and isn't experiencing these issues. The phone is under warranty but I thought I'd better order a replacement sim card before going through all the hassle of replacing the phone. Do I need to raise this directly with Plusnet or do their staff check these message boards and respond?
