Calls dropping out

PN mobile, Rang PN this morning, first call dropped after 9m.58s om hold. Rang back 2nd call dropped after 9.56 on hold.

Then rang my brother, call dropped whilst speaking with him after 9m 48s

 

Can anyone tell me why?

 

PS didn't get to speak with PN either.

Hi @Mayfly, I am really sorry for the issues with your Mobile service.

 

Were all these calls made from the same location (ie home/work address)?

 

If you haven't already, I would first advise checking your postcode in the status checker here. If there's no known issues reported can you please drop a PM with the following:

 

- The mobile nunber in question

- Your full name & address including postcode

- Are you the account holder?

Yes all made from the same location. I have signed up for the EE notifications and get them quiet frequently but haven't had any recently so wasn't aware of the recent problems.

 

I'll keep an eye on it and get back to you if it reoccurs.
