Calls automatically ended when there is a phone queue

Calls automatically ended when there is a phone queue

I needed to make a phone call but the call was automatically ended within a second. Apparently phone calls can't be made where there are queues according to PlusNet customer service.
Is there a work around that could resolve this problem?

Mobile phone callers are able to make calls to Plusnet queues (according to this article The PlusNet Phone System / IVR - Plusnet Community), what is preventing us joining queues elsewhere?

I've made many calls to numbers where there were queues.

That sounds more like network congestion, so the call could not be made
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
