I'm new to this forum so sorry if this isn't the right place to post this.
I've had a Plusnet Sim for over 2 years with no problems at all. However last week my data stopped working. I have checked my usage and I have plenty left, I've tried a few troubleshooting ideas but to no avail. This morning my sim wouldn't let me make or receive calls so currently the only thing the sim will allow me to do is send text messages.
I've tried online chatting and ringing the call centre but I can't get through and really need this issue sorting.
