Calling issue & adult content

Hi

I have a few issues:

1) when I make a call & am in a queue the call keeps disconnecting when it is finally answered

2) all of a sudden I'll get notification of a voicemail - the phone doesn't ring!

3) how do we remove the adult content lock? It's blocking a lot of things that aren't even explicit.

 

I am expecting a few important medical calls so I need the phone to work. I don't think it's an issue with the phone. I have checked & no forwarding is on, I've restarted the phone & it will correct points 1 & 2 above but then it happens all over again. Obviously I can't get through to customer services to sort point 3 because of 1!! Any ideas?

Who are you calling, does this happen to all numbers you call?

Have you got low signal when you get notification of a voicemail? Can you replicate this in a different handset?
