Call goes to voicemail for certain caller

Hi,

I am using iPhone 7Plus and have been on Plusnet for a while. From 4 weeks ago, both my wife's mobile and my home landline cannot call me. The call went into voicemail straightaway. My wife cannot send text to me from her mobile. The issue does not happen to other callers.

I got a replacement SIM two days ago. Problem remains the same.

Today, I put my SIM into another mobile. With this mobile, both my wife and home landline can call me without problem.

I reset my network settings for a few times, also disabled 4G. Problem is still there.

Please help how I can solve this issue.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are currently experiencing and I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

So we can investigate this further could you PM me the following information:

- Your full name

- Your full address with postcode

- Your Plusnet mobile number

Once we have passed security, we'll need three examples of this issue occurring over a 48 hour period, with at least two apart between each example. Once we have these examples, we will send them to our operations and network engineers to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Also what does "with at least two apart between each example" mean?

Surely this points to the phone and not the sim of PN phone service?

Do you have those numbers as contacts in your iPhone? Might be worth deleting them and seeing how you get on then?
