Call Charges to 00800

I know this has been asked before but can't find a simple answer what are the charges from a mobile to 00800 3428 1111 these are international free phone numbers in this case it is the Fiat Camper assist helpline in Italy. The calls are free from my Plusnet landline but don't seem to be listed on any call charges, on the landline it doesn't even show up as a call at all. Is it more or less expensive than calling the alternative +39 0244412160 number from my mobile?

@edwebster  youre right , it was asked some time ago https://community.plus.net/t5/Mobile/International-Freephone-UIFN-00800-numbers-call-charges/td-p/14... , we never got an answer then , so i wouldn't hold much hope of an answer now!

In that thread , it was mentioned that EE do charge and I can confirm that at least one VOIP provider charges. They seem to treat it as an Internaltional call to country code 800.

0800 numbers are free from any UK phone, regardless of whether it's fixed line or mobile.

00800 numbers, "international freephone", are generally free from landlines but often chargeable from mobiles.

I think that's generally agreed. The point is - there's precious little info on what the charges are.
