Are there many Plusnet mobile customers without broadband? I don't know the answer to that, but if there aren't that might have a bearing on it, since one of the criteria is that they do not have fixed line broadband at home. I know Plusnet Mobile isn't exclusively for broadband customers, and I've not had a look at if the deals for non-broadband customers is competitive or not, but I know its not as good as what you get as a broadband customer. If the numbers aren't there then it could just become an expensive mistake.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
