Daughters on holiday in Spain and was running out of data. Tried purchasing a 2gb bolt on. No go. Tried 1gb and it went through. Perhaps the £10 cost ran foul of the £10 cap. Which it shouldn’t. Anyway. She tried phoning customer support a number of times and was on a queue but every time was cut off every time. Not great.
