I got a data bolt-on on Friday for travelling over the weekend. The text came through saying it was added on, and when I go in my plusnet app it says the data is available to me. However my phone still cannot access the internet without wifi. I've tried resetting my mobile data settings and turning everything off and on again, and still nothing.
I'm past the point where I needed the bolt-on so I'm not desperate to get it working, but I do want to get mobile data on my phone again, and I want to make sure that I know what to do next time this happens and I need internet!
