Bolt on is not working

So I have text for a bolt on on 2 separate occasions, but I don't seem to get any notification back to say it has been successful? Resulting in high charges! What can I do? I have ran out if data again!

I'm very sorry to hear you've had some issues trying to activate your Bolt On, this  certainly isn't what we expect! 

It may be that we need to adjust your Smart Cap before the Bolt On can be added.
