Started porting process Friday on two numbers at approx 2.00pm told it would not happen until Monday end of day. Ported numbers ceased to work about 4.00pm Monday, now 10.45 Tuesday, according to PlusNet blurb it takes normally same day if timing's are good, spoke to customer services Monday confirmed it was going through, phoned again just now, spoke to an unconcerned person in customer services, basically said WAIT and then ended the call, I had questions to ask him, disappointed with attitude. No emails from PlusNet keeping me informed with its progress disappointed again.

Update, numbers now ported over, took 23 hours from my original numbers being cancelled, was on O2 previously.
