Better deal for new customers

As a long time Plusnet user i signed up for the Mobile Mates Rate  of 4GB of data1500 minutes + unlimited text for £10.00

Now i see there is a better deal for none broadband customers of 5GB of data1500 minutes + unlimited text for £10.00

Is this another case of only offers the sign-up perk to new customers, so existing accountholders will not qualify.

And where does it say that that deal is for new customers only?

Hi @sightworthy, 

The deal we had for £10 per month with 5GB of Data, 1500 Minutes and Unlimited Texts was available for all our customers even existing ones could tariff migrate onto the deal, however this is no longer an deal we're offering. 

We will have other wonderful deals in the future, and if you're interested in any of these please feel free to get in contact with us and we'd be able to arrange a tariff migration for you.
