Best deal for high call usage and no data

I'm looking for a new contract deal for my daughter - do Plusnet have any deals for people using dumb phones (i.e. no data) with a good call allowance?

The best I've found so far is this one: https://smarty.co.uk/plans/small which is unlimited texts and calls for a net cost of £5 per month (basic cost is £7.50 with 2GB data but she would get £2.50 credit the following month for unused data).
