Being ripped off, Still charged for contract

I cancelled my contracts on both numbers on 17 of September. After a month I should have been disconnected, but surprisingly I have been charged for another month. I moved abroad. After informing plusnet I destroyed both sim cards. I tried call on dedicated number 0800 to make a complaint but saying its wrong number, I can't send email. What a incompetent people work here!
I'm not gonna pay for it. Do anybody have an idea?

I'm really sorry you are still having hassle with your old sims and I want to get to the bottom of this for you. 

 

Can you DM me the mobile numbers and your full name? I can also take your email address if you don't recall the numbers.
