Just got myself in trouble because I couldn't reply to a Barclays fraud prevention SMS.
Is there a way to enable something so I can reply to fraud prevention SMS messages - they have a short code number. It just said 'number is not formatted correctly'
I'll have to migrate away from plusnet if not, because this seems totally unacceptable

This feature has been requested by multiple people over the past couple of years. Indeed since Plusnet Mobile was launched. And it isn't here.
So I wouldn't wait for Plusnet to enable it if I was you.

Been seeing some good looking prices from GiffGaff and most of my family is on that already. Think it's time for a change.

I'm sorry to say at this time we have no information to share regarding whether this will change in future.
