Awful Start

Yeah .. I’ve been a PlusNet mobile customer for 4 days.

Unfortunately,

So far I’ve found I’ve been billed 4 times making myotder due to awebsite fault.
Customer service have given me the pass me round to someone else routine
PlusNet staff say they are unable take a complaint - I believe them!
My promised (in writing) Managers call back has not yet happened.
And I can’t log into the app - I’vegot the same problems others have reported below.

On the plus side ... err.. I can still leave PlusNet.

I think there are problems with the site (again) at the moment. I'm having problems with it too. All sorts of options not working.

You might think that those are slow options - but you haven't been through the PN mill yet no matter how bad you think you have been treated so far.
